I live in Hillview. And I have even walked back alone in the dark at night. These stray dogs have never hurt me at all! Even when i brinf my dog for a walk, they only bark at me. There has never been an unprecedented attack. They deserve to stay where they are.

Let them alone! Most strays are afraid of humans and would run away! Stop the murdering just because of those few who just don't like dogs

Haters gonna hate but to have something to do with the murder of something alive is simply inhumane, especially when those haters did not even have evidence of the attack or what causes it. Could be the haters started to attack or chase after their pups, so the parents of course would defend their babies, just like humans. Shame on those haters for being worst than animals, shameless.
Dogs, be it stray or inhabitated, have emotions and spiritual connection with humans. They understand human, and research shows that they possesses the intelligence of a 2yo kid and uses the same part of brain when they try to interpret what humans are talking about, just like humans.. dogs also helped out at disasters area to help search survivors, guard the house, sniff out drugs and defend their owners.
How can any human want to kill them just because they fear or just hate the sight of them?
Humans are blessed with higher intellect, why not use it to help animals who could not speak up instead of bullying the weak?
