It's ridiculous if 1000 people signing this petition can't outweigh a few complaints. New rule called minority wins?

As usual, knee jerk reaction to complaints. There is an alternative and more humane solution but the authorities always rely on age old traditions to handle problems which could not be solved by the archaic methods. Grow up, AVA. We are in a totally new Millenium.

They are part of our community, they are living creature, they have right to live - totally harmless to let them be as they are right now.

I love dogs and other animals. This is my main reason for signing this petition. I also believe and hope that this will only be a temporary solution as these poor animals deserve a proper home. They cannot be left homeless. I have seen children playing on the hard court and as such I am also concerned for their safety. Though these dogs may be harmless, you never know when they may bite. As such its very important for animal authorities to step in and provide refuge for these animals and definitely not cull them which will be very inhumane.

Please be kind to the dogs, especially when there is no concrete evidence of the dogs displaying aggressive behaviour on their own accord. Also, do not be a machine and simply accept the complaints of a few individuals when the rest of the neighbourhood has no problems with the dogs. Before taking actions against the dogs, there should be a thorough investigation and not just one-sided complaints with no concrete evidence to back it up.
