The lake is a nature habitat and the water for drinking. The last thing that part of High Point needs is another fast food restaurant!

Living off of Timberlake Ave, I highly oppose this rezoning. The purpose of moving the Gordon intersection north as part of the 68/311/74 interchange upgrade currently underway, was to relieve congestion in that area as its long been prone to traffic accidents. Allowing this development would only replace the congestion we’ve just spent millions of dollars to relieve. How does that serve the safety of our citizens or the mindful spending of our tax dollars?

This area definitely does not need anything else to cause congestion and we surely don’t need anything to possibly contaminate our water supply. Definite NO is what we need.

Please think of the residents need of clean water, which is much more important than a gas station. There are other places they can build further away from our water supply!

I don’t want anything that would jeopardize our safety to be built. This doesn’t sound like it has the well being of the community in mind.

I don’t want anything that would jeopardize my safety or others to be built. Profits should not come before the people of the community.
