Please no more chain restaurants! East Chester and Gordon area is already over populated with traffic! This is ridiculous to allow more problems to this area!

It is just too much of a risk to put any chemical storage tanks that close to a body of water that serves a municipal supply. With apologies to the developer, "NIMBY."

This area is already too congested, so why add to the problem? And why have any risk to our water supply when there are many other suitable locations?

Please do not allow this to harm our drinking water or wildlife. There are plenty of other locations not near our water sources.
Everyone needs to watch the movie " Dark Water" and that will show you about who's NOT looking out for our drinking water. Only the public can protect us from Corporations greed.

Deny this rezoning, it is far too close to Oak Hollow lake to be safe. In addition traffic at this point is already a problem a high volume of traffic added by a station and restaurant will greatly increase the problem.
Vote no!

We do not need another gas station in High Point. What we need is clean affordable water for the (high) taxes we pay to live in this city.

Would you feel comfortable residing with your family in the same zones that are being threatened by this? Proceed the way you’d want to be affected.

This development is not needed and is ill advised. Public health and quality of life should count for something. Tell the developers "NO".

I do not want this request approved. W e need clean drinking water and We don’t need this business located near our water supply. Who ever you are, go somewhere else to establish your type of business. We have enough of the type of business in this area.We don’t need more congestion and we don’t need your business. Please leave our city and state and take your business with you.Stay in your own state or city and establish it there not here...

To keep our water safe and clean as possible all land owners around the lake should be of residential, not commercial ! The City should not even question putting commercial properties close to our lake which is our main source of potable water. Retention ponds only work for so many years. The City does not need to keep adding more employees to check the ponds for safety , which includes main shut off valves that do break and or get stuck. So if a car, truck , school bus that somehow has an accident lands in the retention pond and the valve is stuck or broken that could be a liability issue for the city. Not to mention the fact of fuel , oil and hazard cleanup. No way this zoning for commercial purposes will be safe for our drinking water!
It would be an endangerment to our water supply and our community. Thank you.
