Closing Holiday Hill will destroy the communities of Holiday Hill, Grove Park and Glynlea. I hear they want to build HUD apartments there. Horrible!!! I went to Holiday Hill in the 70's. I purchased a home in the neighbor hood in the late 90's so that my daughter could attend and go to Happy Acres.

Over the years I have had cousins, friend’s children and my own grandchildren attend Holiday Hills. The teachers have all been amazing and caring. This school is a treasure in the community.

This is an absolute treasure of a school. It is nestled in an active neighborhood, it has been an A school forever, the staff is amazing spearheaded by the best principal in Jacksonville, Mr. Peterson.

This school is extremely important to me, my children and my grandchildren. It also helps my property value. We do not want to see the closure of this school it would be devastating for a lot of reasons.
