I remember visiting this when I was a young girl, late 69’s early 70’s. I’m sorry to say that I did not appreciate the detail that has been lost. This is worth saving!

My parents lived on Solon Rd near the park entrance and we grew up hiking here all the time, I'm very sad to see what's happened to it over the years!

I used to sit on Squaw Rock just enjoying the river and nature. That was 50ish years ago. Please preserve this icon. At least clean it up.

A simple fix, ready to be put in place with your OK. The people will do the leg work. This is a beautiful piece of folk art that anchors the Chagrin area in historical and cultural perspectives of the Ohio valley. Permission from Metroparks to move ahead, please!
