Save Hayling from losing our Police Officer, PC Debra Surridge.

Debbie is an amazing asbrathion to the island and we need here

With crime increasing on the island it's not the best time to be cutting the police presence

The cuts are in the wrong area where there's plenty of wastage at Havant Borough Council itself among admin.

The island needs police

We need to keep our local Police, not enough for Hayling.

Such a wonderful police officer,would be a great loss to the community

We need at least one local copper!

One police officer is not enough to effectively police Hayling, relying on special s not good enough

To lose an established and continuous police presence in the island community must come some way high up on the 'low moral obligation' continuum. Some 17000 inhabitants are significant (and i use this word in the real scientific sense, not just as a loose grammatical current pc-popular descriptor) and without such a presence by the Police Force is a move that promotes the view that Islanders are insignificant and do not feature in the current strategy for policing in the area. How sad. Every member of the population matters. My view.

It is important for the Police to be represented on the Island

We need her to stay and also to open our Hayling Police Station again . Our lovely Island is being invaded by crime . Bring back the Plice

Hayling is becoming an easy target for thieves, we need more police presence, not less.

Police presence is vital to keeping Hayling safe and secure, especially with the recent influx of break ins and thefts. Although Havant Police have done a great job apprehending the more violent suspects with crimes including violent knife attacks within the last month, I am 100% positive losing a local police officer would have a far reaching detrimental effect on our small Island.

We need Police Officer Debbie who cares about the area and also knows the community very well helping out where needed she is a treasure to the Police Force and much appreciated by the public around Hayling Island as this petitiion is proofing..

millions spent on guarding royals when they can afford to pay but hayling islanders are left to fend for themselves!
