Leave this area alone, you want to build build heading out of town lots of space there just my opinion..

At minimum I would like to see the TOHR allow these residents to approach them at a meeting and have their comments and put on the record and given appropriate consideration. Going to a third reading and ignoring very serious concerns is irresponsible leadership imo.

I use this trail quite often. It would be a shame to have a beautiful/safe off leash trail taken away. The town need to expand out for growth. Finish building the new residential area by the Health Centre.

Not everyone can drive to the out skirts of town to enjoy green spaces and not everyone is comfortable with the possibility of encountering a bear, lynx, etc. Protect this town accessible green space

I think the green space should be protected and developed only as a groomed trail system. I enjoyed the trails there for exercise and relaxation when lived on Stewart.

I full believe that it is better to keep that green space for the fact that it is a well used area for nature trail and there are ppl who like to cross country skiing. So if it was zoned residential that will take away the nice walking trails and small wild life that live there
Keep and create better trails in Hay River
Do not destroy this beautiful natural park.
