I have used them many times. This cut would cause a lot of discomfort.

The public toilets must be kept open. Waverley BC should not expect shop keepers to provide public services such as toilets.

These public toilets are really necessary. A town Haslemere's size should not be without them. Godalming and Farnham have public toilets as should our town. We have a thriving Christmas Market and monthly markets so public toilets are needed. They are an asset for Haslemere and should be kept.

If the public toilets close in Haslemere, then I would not be able to shop there ever again, as I have a personal need to be able to nip to the loo suddenly and urgently! I have done so many times!
Please don't close the public toilets in Haslemere and make me have to shop elsewhere.!

Having a public toilet handy might make all the difference to me to stay shopping in Haslemere. Especially true for parents of young children.

Haslemere is not a third world country, it is a thriving, upmarket town that attracts both shoppers and tourists. Do you want them to go home to use the lavatory? How low in status would we sink if we didn't have at least one public toilet.
We should march on Waverley to prevent this.

if the Counciul want us older people to stay independant of NHS/etc and out of trouble, we need public loos. we need our dignity.

I have often used these toilets when in the town for a few hours. It is essential to keep them open and available at all times, for all who visit Haslemere. Some people are reluctant to ask a cafe or restaurant if they can use their toilets, if not a customer.

This is bonkers. I use them frequently and would certainly reduce my visits to Haslemere Town Centre if they are removed.

Just when the Town has successfully navigated the downturn since 2008 and is beginning to look like a thriving and inviting proposition.....not the time to close the public loos. The small cafes and eateries will I am sure not take kindly to off the street public being caught short .
If Petworth can do it 30% smaller than Haslemere than its a dereliction of duty and care for Haslemere to consider taking this retrograde step.

This is a public health matter. Acute Urinary Retention is a serious medical condition requiring hospital treatment and may be brought about by an inability to respond to the call of nature. I would not want to have this on my conscience.

The toilets are an essential service in the town. If they are closed, the need for them will not change. You will be forcing people to urinate in public - criminalising normal human actions.
