This is just terrible ,The public toilet in weyhill was shut down years ago leaving this one the only public toilet in haslemere,It is very much used by young and old alike .
For goodness sake if we are supposed to be the 'Gateway to the south downs " we can't even offer people who come to visit a toilet to use . Shame on waverley Council .

In fernhurst our toilets are run by the Parish Coucil after Chichester District Council were intent on closing them

Instead of closing it, funds should be utilised to refurb it. Grayshott village's free parking, lovely post office and public loos put the much larger town of Haslemere to shame.

It is unthinkable that the council would consider shutting the only public loo in town. We need a proper answer to parking problems in Haslemere not 6 more spaces at the expense of a public amenity.

I use these regularly with my 3 children, as must do visitors who come to Haslemere to go walking or shopping. Some of us need better organisation of parking spaces not more spaces - we all need loos!!!

The only public lavatories in Haslemere (which have saved my young kids countless times) should never be closed. They are a public convenience and are a necessity.
