As a former groves pupil this would be such a shame to see this beautifull building be knocked down. Keep it and use it to its full advantage,its got plenty more years left in it yer.

I attended Grove Park in the 1960s. Miss Copeland and Miss Brown were the two Head Mistresses during my time. So many wonderful teachers: Menna Jones for English, Neville Jones for Geography, Robbie Duckett for drama, Miss Francis for French. It was a wonderful school, a beautiful building and a happy experience. The building should be taken care of as it took care of its pupils. Wrexham needs it.

I attended this school and left in 1989. It is a beautiful building. Please don't let Wrexham council destroy yet another fantastic historic building. They've destroyed our town enough

The building in question could be restored to its true beauty with a bit of time attention and money. I hear it is being demolished to build a new school in its place. Disgraceful. Especially since there is a war memorial at the bottom of the marble stairs. Please restore not destroy.

I Attended Grove Park Grammer School for girls. My daughters Attended The Groves. I would love my grandchildren to have the opportunity to follow in our footsteps. What a shame it would be if this beautiful historical school should be demolished. Surely such an iconic building would be worth saving and put to good use again as a school.

Please do not demolish this truly beautiful building, this should be a listed building, it is far too stunning to knock down and is part of our heritage and history, it should be around for many future generations... There are many other options that could be considered for this building. Please Wrexham Council, think on.

At a time when the council are considering very controversial plans to close a market to make an arts centre, this building sits rotting when it would be ideally suited to this use.

This beautifulbuilding is part of Wrexhams history.I attended when it was Grove Park Grammar School for Girls and feel much affection for it.Please think again and save it from destruction.

This should of been the super school! Being its not. Then it should be used more sensibly than just rubble. Think about it properly. Even a new Police Station?

A just save the building! How about a drop in minors emergency department???? Give our A&E and hospital some respite. I know it's not education but it would aid the community and produce jobs #justsaying

We have lost so many beautiful, historic buildings from Wrexham. It would be terrible to lose yet another one. Please consider other uses for this lovely building rather than destroying it and losing more of our heritage.
