please save grant lodge, i used to work there when it was the library and i loved the building, it has great presence and should be saved without a doubt.

An important building in the heritage of Elgin, which most certainly should not be left to deteriorate. There are buildings of much less aesthetic or historical value still standing which could well be demolished!

Why not engage the help of local college, Use apprentices to work on repairs as part of skills and sure firms like Springfield, Robertsons etc can assist.

I have many happy memories of grant lodge when it was the library it was and still could be a great asset to Elgin

it is a tragedy that this wondeful old building is being allowed to deteriorate in this way. Grant Lodge needs to be saved and preserved for future generations.
