What is the rationale around removing the ramp... Please don't say more apartments. This ramp is an institution in the local area. It's the only one left. Balmain used to have a quarter pipe, Leichhardt pool had a mini ramp... all gone. There's no other facility within a 5-10km radius. Skaters need their place to congregate, just like drinkers need their local pubs. It is unfair to take this away from us.

I’ve skated this ramp for the last twenty years and have always found it a really positive environment for all age groups to come together and share our passion for skateboarding, it would be such a shame to see the ramp go and I’m sure the council will see the value to the community and make the decision to keep this wonderful steel metal skateboard ramp.

This ramp is an important part of an important culture in Sydney. The kids need somewhere to hang, enjoy times with friends, and most importantly, hone their craft. I've skated this ramp numerous times and have many great memories. Don't deprive the next gen of that opportunity.

This is an exceptionally important ramp to assist younger skate boarders to learn how to ride a halfpipe. It has a significant following of skaters that use it regularly and is a focal point for the community
