Title 9 was suppose to ensures all females equal and fair treatment (and competition) on the fields, courts, tracks, pools and more. If you think participation numbers are low for girls sports now....why would you subject your daughters to future events and activities where they will have a fair chance of 1. Not having opportunity to succeed 2. Getting injured 3. Quitting

Gender at birth is what decides a body’s capabilities. Keep boys out of girls’ sports and allow them to compete fairly.

I believe those participating in sports should do so a their gender according to their birth certificate. Males and females have different abilities and I also think they need to use separate bathrooms. So I believe we shouldn’t try to change how God made us

Girls should be able to do sports! No way should they not be able to.

It is simply about fairness. As born, boys should play against boys and girls play against girls. It's not fair for biological males to compete against females. Simple fact.

Keep students on sport teams that match up with their biological sex.

This is not based on sound or researched evidence and leads to the destruction of women's sports.

It's unfortunate that something like this even needs voted on. When does common sense kick in?

When people compete in sports, they are competing PRIMARILY utilizing their BODY! So WHAT is someone "identifies" as a particular sex. It's the BIOLOGICAL SEX that makes the difference between the ability of a person to compete.

Allowing biological males to compete in female sports goes against any and all common sense as well as all science! Has this country lost its mind? Someone who was born a male has certain traits a girl does not.....they are stronger....they have better endurance....etc. You have an opportunity to show the rest of this great state that Kearney School Board has NOT lost THEIR minds........that boys and girls ARE different and ones gender is determined at birth by a higher power than us! STAND UP FOR THE GIRLS WHO WILL BE FORCED TO COMPETE AGAINST MALES!

Do not take back all the gains woman have made in sports through Title IX. Keep biological males in male sports and females in female sports

We need to protect all our children. This needs to start by keeping girls and boys sports, locker rooms, restrooms separate. Girls and boys should only be allowed to compete in sports of their biological sex. We were created male and female and as parents, grandparents, teachers, we need to not confuse these children. We need to help them embrace the wonderful creation God created them as.

Concerned grandmother is asking you to have a conscious and say "NO" to allowing boys to compete in girls sports. It ruins girls sports and also is unsafe.

Stand up for biological girls!! Do not let women be erased by cowering to the LGBTQ agenda. It is wrong.

I totally support teams that match athletes by their biological sex at birth! No other way is fair or right!!

I have 2 daughters who played Division I sports as scholarship athletes. Girls MUST have the same opportunities as boys as defined in Title IX. Biological males are not female no matter how they 'feel'. Check the chromosomes. Boys have an unfair biological advantage over girls -- FACT! Why are there no 'transgender boys' competing in boys' sports? Please stand up for your girls!

Please honor our daughters and granddaughters by protecting their ability to compete fairly. We already guard against using steroids and other drugs that may give an athlete an unfair advantage in competition. Please continue to protect against unfair competition by recognizing the biological differences between male and female athletes and keeping their competitions separate.
