I agree, ski course aside, there is no telling how much value this improvement has made to the lake and surrounding properties. The place was literally a snake and beaver infested swamp when my dad purchased it about 20 years ago. I really wish we had some pictures for comparison. However, as you can see from the above picture it is now a beautiful, highly desired piece of property. Thank you for the support!

We agree. We know who complained and are working towards a peaceful resolution. I think we still have a couple of hurdles even if we resolve the issues with the neighbors though. Stay tuned!

I agree I have seen wakeboard boats come through the cove throwing out massive wakes but we are the ones who have to suffer. We don't make the rules but we also don't break the rules and he has since stopped skiing until we can hopefully get this issue resolved peacefully. Thanks for the support and stay tuned!

I agree like others have stated it is his pride and joy. It just seems unfair to take one side of the story and run with it. However we are slowly making headway towards a resolution. Stay tuned!

There was some complaints about the direct activity of them skiing in the cove in a "no wake" zone by a neighbor who is "affected" by the wake. We are working to come to a resolution with the neighbor and hopefully plead our case to the City. Thanks for the support. Stay tuned!
