People come from all over the country to go to Garlands & they feel safe. When they come to the city they spend money on hotels, shopping, eating & drinking so other local businesses benefit. Should garlands close people will go to Manchester instead & spend their money there. Every venue in the city that sells alcohol has a drug problem I live in a village just outside liverpool & even the local pubs here have a problem with people taking drugs in there. Closing Garlands will not solve this!
