ive been going to garlands for the past 18 years-its the safest club in Liverpool with polite courteous doormen and the owner john cummins is an absolute gentleman who takes a pride in his club and an interest in his customers-Garlands isnt just a club -its an institution-i have never seen any trouble in there in all the 18 years ive been going there-it would be so wrong to close it down x
