Garlands is the safest nightclub in the city. A place where you can go and have an amazing night and be yourself without worry of their being any trouble. The authorities need to realise that closing such a famous and amazing venue is not helping anyone at all. They are taking away a safe nightclub potentially causing people to go elsewhere and getting hurt. The gay scene in Liverpool is only small. Why would the authorities want to take Garlands away and make it smaller!

Garlands is more than just a dance club. It's a club that provides clubbers with entertainment & fun. Not only that, this is a place were people can truly be themselves, regardless of their age, race, sex or gender. It is a place were people feel at ease & overall, feel safe! I have made many of my life long friends through going to Garlands! That alone just proves this is not & never has been a bad club!

Not only that, this is a place were people can truly be themselves, regardless of their age, race, sex or gender. It is a place were people feel at ease & overall, feel safe! I have made many of my life long friends through going to Garlands! That alone just proves this is not & never has been a bad club!

I have only good comments to make of a nightclub with a professional attitude to keeping the clubbers safe and enjoy the night, they will have to close down 90% of the city down,as this is the 20th century !!
