Save Friend to Friend by Supporting Anne Friesen

Anne Friesen is a wonderful advocate for Friend to Friend. She has been a wonderful advocate for this group.

I totally support Anne and the wonderful job she has done for Friend to Friend. It is a disgrace that 3 members of the board who remain nameless can try to do something like this.

Anne, I cannot believe this has happened to you. You are so dedicated and committed to helping others. They desperately need you. Any organization would be blessed to have you in their staff. Please know you have all my support. You let me know how I can help. Hang in there!

Keep Anne as Director of Friend to Friend.

It is very sad when there is abuse of authority in the workplace due to friendships etc. Sometimes what is really going on is not seen by others but rather they make assumptions based on " things they hear". That is not opinion that is Fact...The same as I supported Becky Carlson for everything she had done for me Even outside of her job duties I support her. God Bless You.. He has the final say!

I support Anne Freisen 100%. I have know her for years and she is a woman of highest integrity and character.

There is no other individual more committed, more dedicated to the mission of Friend to Friend than Anne Friesen. To release Anne as Executive Director is an irresponsible decision, one that places its clientele in serious jeopardy.

Please re-think your decision!! Anne is the face of Friend to Friend and works tirelessly on behalf of the women and children in desperate situations. This would be a mistake for our community.

Very poor decision on the part of the board.

Think the members small number of members of the Board should remember what happened last year with the Moore County School Board. They have time to reverse this mistake. I think these members names should be made public and a hearing should be called with a open forum so they can explain their action to the public and news paper and maybe the T.V. station.

Anne is solely responsible for the growth of Friend to Friend over the last few years, both in its financial standing and in its current ability to deliver an outstanding level of service to its clients. I was an intern at Friend to Friend a few years ago and saw what a competent, resourceful, determined, and innovative leader Anne is. Anne is not only the internal backbone of the entire organization, but also the external face of Friend to Friend and is responsible for the majority of its support within the community. The board members who called for this senseless resignation reveal nothing about Anne's leadership, rather they expose their own insecurities and self-serving, misguided reach for power while showing little regard for the vulnerable members of the community they claim to serve. Luckily, Anne is incredibly resilient, as evidenced in her ability to not only rebuild the shelter after the devastating fire a few years back but expand and improve it markedly, and I have no doubt that she will come back to her position with even more strength and conviction after this horrible injustice has been reversed.

I support Anne Friesen continuation as Executive Director of Friend to Friend.

If Anne is removed, I will no longer be a contributor.
