Dogs need space to run free and her energy out just like the kids I hear at what I assume is a park near by. Why waste that perfectly good space you have there behind the fence? Makes it official for your residents and dogs! It'll enrich the community and offer so much fun!! I don't live in NY but am writing on behalf of dog lovers who've enjoyed that space for years in that area.

Dog parks are rare and appreciated. Offer poop bags and have monthly community clean ups. Everyone wins.
