This is not just a tea room, it's a meeting point for people of all ages to come together . The hard work a dedication of all the people involved in running it should not be cast aside to make way for anything else ?? Wigan council should not be allowed to get away with shutting down places that people in the community and beyond use and love

No one could run the tea rooms as well as the dedicated wonderful people already doing it. I've spent many a time there with our elderly service users and have just celebrated my mums 70th birthday there. Trisha and the team go the extra mile for everyone. Shame on you Wigan council.

This is a crying shame,it has revitalised the park and given a lovely place to have a drink and warm food with good service we need more of this not taking it away.
