FILM2801: Moving Image is the only production course that Carleton offers to Film Studies and they are cancelling it next year. If you're in Film Studies because you want and have a passion for creating films or telling stories, this course is perfect for that. The course offers a hands-on approach to film, giving students the opportunity to work with cameras and editing. At the end of next term, the current students will get a chance to showcase 10-minute documentaries that have been in the works over the course of the year. Unfortunately, nobody will be able to take this course next year because the faculty is cancelling it.
