We are all aware of the reasons these laws were first introduced. However they are now raching much further than what they were designed for. This net is catching far too much bye product instead of only the real issues.

Omg these new tattoo laws and to obtain a license is putrid. Wft ??? Oh that's right all tattoists are bad arse ?? My husband has been a tattooist for 26 yrs , so if he committed a silly offence in his younger days jepodises his life passion and income for his family???? This is so wrong every way you look at it. I'm ever so happy to sign this petition.

Like you said whatever you have done in your pass you have already been punished for. Lessons are learned from our mistakes. I hope that you get to keep your Tattoo Shop open.

A great artist should not be punished for others wrong doing.
If a crime was committed and time served that should be the end of the issue.
