I have never had a tattoo in my life...
But what happened to "Paid my Debt to Society"...?
And why not Say. "If you were a member of a motor cycle gang, then you cannot own a Business"..
Seems to me that "Tattoos" is being associated with "Prisons, criminals, and gangs"... And the Politicians haven't got a clue...... Again...!
