There are better, more smarter ways to eliminate the criminal involvement in the tattoo industry, all it takes is a little bit of research and thought!
Don't tar a huge group of people with the same brush simply because they have made mistakes in their past. I thought this country was about having a fair go and allowing people a second chance, not squashing their hard work and dreams.

Not only has this closure put workers out and their families but it has also effected local businesses. The cafe they regularly purchased coffee and food from no longer have their daily business. This closure is joke and has ruined trading to other businesses around them

What a joke. The man is trying to get on with his life and make a good future for his family. Prehaps time and resources would be better spent persecuting people who actualy were in the wrong rather than wasting time and money on good respectful people work hard. I recently visited this shop and had a really positive experience and in no way saw anything other than great tattooing and hard work being done.

I have known Geoff Deakin for 5years now and I'm pleased to stand up and say he is a very respected tattoo artist and shop owner. We are from a small town and feel the steel provides people with a safe and well looked after shop, a place with no fear of bikie links or association and there for a professional place to go and have art put on you by great people and artist
