The pattern is now clear, especially in Wandsworth. Everything is to be monetised. There shall be no publicc realm nor any evidence it ever existed. Whatever the need, public or private, someone must make money out of it. We are governed both locally and nationally by market fundamentalists as crazed in their beliefs as any brillo-face in ISIS. The threat to Banana Park is yet another shot in these crackpots war against the very notion of communal interest and identity.

The only place I can let my dog off the lead my best friend is Falcon Park. Cycles are clocked by Police cycling faster through Battersea Park than on the Road! Skateboarders joggers roller skaters ski's on wheels make it impossible to let her off in Battersea Park. Battersea Park is completely closed now and security Guards won't even let us walk along the Thames Path because it is a way of entering. Why are you doing this to us? Carbon Monoxide from car exhaust fumes are the highest in London along the stretch of main road under the bridge to clapham Junction from Battersea. No one will want to live here you are ruining the last of a tiny bit of sanity and solice in an area which is otherwise so stressful to live in. Please please don't make me mentally ill and my dog a permanent prisoner on a lead!!!

SAVE THE PARK

This is a small community park, that is very well loved by all the people who use it. If this plan goes through it will destroy the open space that is a joy to have in such a built up area. There is a caged pitch on the other side of the park with an outside gym. Please don't destroy yet another small and needed park.

Wandsworth Council should be ashamed of themselves to think that this is good for the community as a whole. Their inappropriate behaviour in not consulting the residents of the local area and those across the bourough demonstrates a total disrespect to each individual within the community. Why did they not ask the community their view? Perhaps because there was a sense that their intentions of having the communities best interests at heart would be strongly challenged. Stop taking away green space for profit and passing it off as being an asset and benefit to Wandsworth council tax payers.

We've seen the greed and selfishness of WBC in their destruction of Battersea Adventure Playground, now they want to destroy another amenity, funded by all council tax payers and turn it into a pay-to-play money-spinner.

please save this park. It's used daily by so many locals and is a great space for dog walking - especially for more elderly people and dogs who can't go as far as Battersea park or Clapham Common.
