as a city visitor to the fair, nearly every years for the past 40 years i would like to see it preserved. i can see modern halls and buildings in Montreal, every day and all the time. it is a great pleasure to sit and eat in this building with its heart and soul of our agricultural past. please allow our children and their children to feel the spirit of farming folk.

Its hard to see a group of people that havent been raised in small towns come down look at our most historically valued buildings and see so called "Oppurtunity" to improve. But they just want to build another building that ormstown clearly doest have the tax money to have (Look at our water situation) then have a newer building lay dormant its pretty stupid to even consider used the unused space if you must leave our history alone (Also extremly interested in having a supper in the hall with the community to raise money for the community)

À date, aucun prix n'étais donné, ni pour des réparations à la salle à manger comme tel, ni pour le coût du nouvel édifice comme prévoisé.

Having grown up in Allen’s Corners, Ormstown Fair was always the region’s homecoming event. I took many pictures of the fairgrounds because they are both beautiful and evoke nostalgia. When I show those pictures, to people who have never been, they see a charming, authentic, place which they can imagine visiting as a tourist.

I think we should preserve our Historical building, before they are all replaced!

Historic restoration has never been more important where older architectural styles are concerned, especially when they have significance to the local people, as this building does.

Perhaps add to the structure instead of tearing down history altogether.
