Invaluable service - a vital lifeline for mothers and their babies. Horrified that this support could be removed. Please sign and spread the word,

Jodie really helped me when I was struggling to get to grips with breastfeeding my first boy. Without her I wouldn't have continued. This would be such a shame if the service was to stop

This service helped me so much to breast feed my tongue tied son. I really would not havr managed 8 months of breastfeeding without the support of tgis service.

It's a great and vital service. It helped me continue to breastfeed. I had a very difficult time as my son was lactose and dairy free and I had no information to guide me and te ladies and bossum buddies helped me through it.

Such short sighted cuts will simply reverse some of the most significant progress in public health there is. A funding threat to a fantastically cost effective and health gainful service is simply uninformed and outdated.

I’m a peer supporter at a breastfeeding group in west Devon. These groups are vital and in turn save the NHS thousands of pounds every year

I used to work as a lactation consultant and know too well the difficulties some women and some babies have with breastfeeding. Breastfeeding is practically free and it leads to healthier babies. Healthier babies grow to be healthier children and adults, saving untold
healthcare monies compared to formula-fed babies. Cutting funding for breastfeeding support is shortsighted anything but cost-effective …

Breastfeeding rates are so low in this country and that needs to change. Keeping places like this is vital.
