The park is important to all of us. It's a place to relax, practice, skate, and hangout without fear or rules. It's a haven for us Skaters and we need it!

Please do not take away the ewa beach skate park I also used to go there every day but now that I heard that someone is taking it away I do not know where to go and skate

I used to always go there after school, lived most of my school years in ewa beach and no better place to be. Better than getting into trouble. Roller bladed, bmxed street hockey was the best there. Although it could get pretty hot, there was always shade around the corner to hang out at. #SaveItForTheKeikis! #KeepTheirChildhood

From kindergarteners to college graduates, skate parks can be enjoyed and used by a wide ranged age group. And unlike traditional sports like soccor or baseball, you don't need anyone else to play, anyone can skate on their own time. Also, the maintainace costs are way less in the long run, because theirs no grass to keep green. Skate parks can play a beneficial role in any community because it provides a playground for kids and adults to unwind and get a little sweat in.

Although I don't skate I respect supporting things that people are passionate about. As well as things that could be passed on to other people and influence them positively. In this case skating :)
