The park is for the children. Where else will the kids have to go and enjoy skating. Take that away and you'll see that kids would be skating on roads where it's not safe...

As a resident and student at JCHS I know all these skaters and also sign waved with them last week Thursday before the board meeting and they are all great people. It's sad to see a particular representative not even help these kids and he should be ashamed of himself. However these kids have accomplished getting over a thousand signatures and get the mayors support even without Bob McDermotts support.

My grandson Joshua Pires Galase is a great Skater and has used this park in his training...pls allow him to continue to represent. Ewa beach needs this skate park for this and up coming skater's to represent Hawaii...Aloha and thank you...His Grandma..
