Shame a purpose made facility, in the richest county in the Uk, is to be closed down - what a waste of money

My daughter who is 6 has danced there since she was 18 months old, plays in the playground and supports the fairs that take place there. Please don't close it.

This a fantastic resource that can be used by any open access group that needs a base. Closing it would be doing a major disservice to all.

It's a very valuable resource for the people who live there, and for the elderly it will be a life line.
No raised allowances would be a good start, keeping the mayoral car for longer another.

Disgraceful to suggest closing such a useful facility

The Wells Centre is a valuable resource for people of all ages and it is outrageous that anyone should seek to close it down. Epsom Council should be supporting the Centre, not least for its contribution to a sense of community in the area.

The Wells Centre should NOT be shut, it is a place where many people go to chat and meet friends, especially the elderly as well as a place to exercise and keep fit. Maybe you should think to not subsidising it so much after all 50p for a cup of coffee is a joke, I am sure most people wouldn't mind paying a little extra.

The centre is a much needed lifeline for the elderly, providing company, hot lunches and exercise classes, which help keep them independant. The centre at Longmead is too far away and not as accessible for some residents.

This is a real lifeline to the senior citizens who use the centre every day. It is and is used for many other meetings, classes, etc. also the venue of the pre-school. Once the entre has gone it will be difficult if not impossible to replace it and this valuable community facility will be kost for ever,

This is an important and the only community facility on a self contained housing estate. It must not be closed.
