This is a valued piece of open land many use this for recreation for themselves and walking dogs . It must stay for the good of the community as well as stopping any contamination of water or extra pollution through road use .

This area is important as a barrier between Hatfield and St. Albans and should serve as a haven for wild life and recreation

The land is needed for people to have breathing space NOT for commercial exploitation

I'm ok with the housing development but only if quarrying application is rejected

Ellenbrook fields is currently enjoyed by hundreds of walkers, dog walkers, runners, cyclists, bird watchers, uni students and nature lovers alike. The loss of this beautiful amenity to another mass quarry site will hit everyone in this area very hard.

The area cannot sustain so many more people .... there is only 1 local primary school, the traffic to/from St Albans is already busy, the green space is peaceful for dog walking

It would such a shame to build on here, there isn't enough places for people to enjoy whilst walking their dogs & playing with children.

Stick to your promises and do the right thing and let the people that live here enjoy these beautiful surroundings in what is already an overdeveloped area.

Request to create the county park and trust as was promised 18 years ago. We need this area to be preserved for all to use.

I fully support this petition as a local resident ,not only concerned over the environmental impact a gravel pit or housing would have on the local area, but also the infrastructure and chaos that housing would bring to the already overdeveloped area.

Leave the land for what it was attended, a lovely nature park.

This is such an important facility for local people and Arlington need to honour the S.106 agreement after 18 years of delay.

We need this open space for our mental health rather than creating more congestion on the roads in this area

Told along time ago that it was going to be a Country Park so this must happen.
