I grew up coming to the state park almost annually and always loved climbing the tower. Please restore it so others can continue to enjoy it as I have.

There is absolutely no reason to destroy this incredible landmark. Countless generations have been able to enjoy this wonder. It would be a crime to prevent future generations from sharing in the same splendor. If funds are a problem, given the OUTPOURING of support for this treasure, it would not be hard to secure donations to save it. Please give us that chance.

Upholding and maintaining our nation's long standing traditions of parks set forth by President T. Roosevelt, to provide the individual and families of our nation and state beautiful and one of kind experiences that only we can. That is what saving Eagle Tower Peninsula State Park does. It's historical , intrinsic and community value are too great to be simply ignored. Please give us back our park.

This has been a part of my childhood and my family's been going to the tower since before I was born. I would love nothing more to bring my children and nephews and nieces to the tower to keep the tradition alive!

This, as a focal point attraction for locals and tourists alike, should be preserved at all costs, rebuilt in the style as it is now, not some modern, cold, monstrous nod to engineering.

We need a DNR how again listens to the citizenry rather than simply business interests.
