These dogs were promised a humane shelter where they would be safe from dying, It is not their fault that people have turned their backs on them and tossed them into the streets, You have people willing to take care of them, and get them into homes that want them. To kill 350 animals is murder plain and simple and is wrong. If it is funded by volunteers then what is the problem? Leave the animals alone and put up the shelter that was promised.

This is disgusting, and the dogs should be returned to the Human Society Dubrovnik, and as for arresting someone who is helping these poor dogs, you should be ashamed.
