Ich war auch schon in dubronik aber bei solchen umstaenden werde ich jedem abraten nochmals einen fuss i dieses land zu setzten. Helft lieber den tiere als sie zu misbrauchen.

Štovani članovi Ministarstva poljoprivrede, u noći od 20. na 21. prosinac 2015. godine dubrovačka policija je sa 50 naoružanih muškaraca upala u sklonište za životinje gđe Sandre Sambrailo u Dubrovniku. Pri tome je nelegalno i na brutalan način ukradeno i odvedeno 65 pasa u razne stanice za ubijanje životinja. Gđa Sambrailo je uhićena. Ova akcija je bila i ILEGALNA i samovoljna. Dubrovačke vlasti su time počinle krađu. Osim toga, one su zanemarile prava osoba i zaštitu životinja. To šteti ugledu Hrvatske u inozemstvu, jer su gđa Sambrailo i njezin rad uzor i imaju podršku i iz inozemstva i od strane turista. Sklonište za životinje na Žarkovici je rijetko u cijeloj Hrvatskoj u kojem se životinje ne ubijaju. Ona ga je izgradila tijekom 15 godina rada kako bi životinjama pružila zaštitu i da ih skloni sa ulica Dubrovnika. Također, ona posreduje udomljavanje tih životinja. Mnogi od sada ilegalno ukradenih pasa imaju već mjesto za udomljavanje u Njemačkoj, Austriji i Švicarskoj i tamo ih se očekuje. Vi ne morate voljeti pse. Ali se morate pridržavati zakona. Vi ste članica Europske unije. Despotizam i nehumanost tamo nemaju mjesta. Oni su sramota za Hrvatsku i za Dubrovnik kao glavni grad turizma. Kao posjetitelji vaše zemlje mi ćemo vas tako dugo bojkotirati kao odredište za odmor sve dok ne počnete djelovati ljudski i dostojno EU. Mi vas danas pozivamo: Vratite svih 65 pasa odmah Sandra Sambrailo. Njihov povratak je gradsko vijeće Dubrovnika obečalo 21. prosinca. Stojte uz vašu riječ! Ako biste i nadalje kršili zakon i pse ubijali, mi ćemo učiniti sve što možemo da se Hrvatska isključi iz EU. S poštovanjem iz Austrije

Managing of the stray dogs should be in the hands of the animal protection charity foundations and not in the hands of the estate. Thank you very much for returning the animals that were taken away from private domiciles of charities without any legal consent from a magistrate and therefore illegally in violation of protection of domicile principles in Europe, obtaining without legal means control of the animals that were the property of the charities. It constitutes a serious violation of privacy laws, domicile and property laws across all Europe. A legal case can be promoted in front of the European court. Best regards Dr. Daniel Cuellar
