Disgraceful appalling inhumanity

This is barbaric and cruel the animals have been through enough and totally unnessasary. They wont be getting any tourists either. The dogs need to be returned safely. Keep signing and sharing everyone lets not let them get away with it .

Please return these animals to the No Kill animal shelter in Dubrovnik. They were being cared for at no cost to you. Your actions have no merit please reconsider your action.

It's a sad day when you need armed police officers to take away dogs from a volunteer shelter

These dogs should be returned to the shelter forthwith. How can a 'civilised' country condone such cruelty & on what grounds? There is no reason that these poor creatures should die needlessly when they should be safe in the shelter & then re-homed.

I am Croatian by heritage and am disgusted by this. We had planned a large family reunion in Dubrovnik next year but will not be coming to Croatia with this kind of abuse going on. These innocent animals need to be returned to the no kill shelter immediately. We will let everyone we know, tourism boards and every social media site know what is going on and strongly encourage everyone to not enter Croatia.

This is absolutely horrific. The authorities have no right to take these dogs to kill shelters. They were being looked after well. This must stop and the dogs returned.

Please show compassion and return the dogs to the no kill shelter. This would certainly show your country in a much better light.
