Would love to one day visit beautiful Croatia, City of Dubrovnik, and the promised NO KILL ANIMAL shelter which money has been slated to build as a family friend organizes adventures to croatia. We have recently made our friend and owner the travel agency aware of the horror against dogs in Dubrovnik and let her no that we will not be scheduling a family vacation as talked about. I will not support Croatia or the City of Dubrovnik until this barbaric and inhumane activities against these dogs cease and the promised animal shelter is built.

What cold-hearted monsters are put in charge of a district! Tell them to direct their attanetion to the areas that need it, say the criminal goings-on in the city. Leave these poor animals to a life of semi-peace, and return them to the shelter.
