This function of the DFB cannot be removed it's a lifeline to many areas that do not have a ambulance base and means that inevitabley lives will be lost!!

They build a white elephant & call it a Primary Care Centre with nothing in it & now they want to take DFB ambulance away, a service that has helped & saved many a life. I don't think so, we will all be taking to the streets again !!

World Class service, absolutely disgraceful that it is even being considered to be done away with. Saving money should never be prioritised over saving lives.
Shortsighted approach by a HSE that finds it hard to provide basic services to take on a lifesaving service?.Not in the public interest.
Response time from the fire brigade is far quicker!
Dont change current structure
There is no way that this service should be shut down, we currently have one of the best fire / ems services in the world.
Dfb fire and ambulance is a great service that should be expanded not taken away
