Dfb provide a fantastic service. We need our city ambulance service. The NAS is stretched beyond its limits as it is. Fire based ems is a crucial link in the chain of survival.

Dublin Fire Brigade should cobtinue to deliver the ambulance service to Dublin City, more so they require additional resources to a growing population

One of many comments I have on this matter but, how do the HSE plan to replace the Paramedics in the current DFB ambulance service who decide to remain as DFB fire fighters when(if) the HSE remove the ambulance role? They can't afford they paramedics they have, let alone replace the ones who remain loyal to DFB. This is a bad idea.
