we don't need the hse to make a ball of such an essential service with another group of headless management. just give D.F.B the proper funding & equipment to do their job. I'm sure Mr keegan or one of his family will need emergency services help someday, will he appreciate the fact that a pen pusher decides his faith?

It would be a very foolish move to take away the Ambulance from the Dublin Firebrigade, between the two services the HSE and the DFB they are creased with calls, you need both

Are ye mad to let this service go to the likes of the HSE. Why change and wreck a perfectly great up and running service, ran and given by professional people. The HSE get it hard to run there pwn areas and service and they have made bad plans. They couldn't run a piss up in a brewery. People will die if this goes ahead. Don't get me wrong great paramedics in the HSE ambulance service. Great people, but the HSE as a whole is dire with bad Directors and Managers. Please don't let this service go from the fire service.

leave it with DFB my god is the councils or god forbid the HSE mess with this service people will die and im not blowing it out of proportion in fairness IF IT ANT BROKE DONT FIX IT lets keep up the great aork done by DFB and keep it safe
