Tonight's Primetime showed that HSE cannot be trusted to manage a top class ambulance seevice. DFB service is not broken and does not need fixing. Only in Ireland would incompetence on yhe scale shown in Prime Time not only be tolerated. but rewarded.

How could getting rid of this service ever be a good idea? The NAS is in bits, how many deaths due to delays will it take to make management realise that? This service is not meant to be profitable, it is meant to save lives. Find your savings elsewhere! I suggest you start with executive salaries/bonuses/benefits

The HSE and NAS are as disorganised as Craggy Island. The DFB should take over the entire ambulance service and you'll see how it should be run.
