"After considering the findings of the Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline, regarding Philemon Truesdale Marvell, M.D, it has been determined that the continuation of the practice of medicine by Philemon Truesdale Marvell, M.D. would constitute and immediate danger to the public."
This statement above, by the Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline, is a contradiction to how his patients feel about Dr. Marvell.
Dr. Marvell truly has affected many addicts lives, as my own. I would probably never started recovery if not for his support, listening and caring.
This petition is to ask the Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline to reconsider the suspension of Dr. Philemon Truesdale Marvell M.D, and the immediate re-instatement of his medical license so that his patients can again benefit from his support and caring.
