I’ve watched Y&R since 1974. It’s the only good soap left in my opinion. I am saddened to see a pillar of the show just fade away without mention. There is plenty of room in the story to bring Paul back and elate the fans!
Don't treat a long-term star of the Y&R and someone who has worked for your network for so long, so shabbily. He is part of the life-blood of the show and it really does not reflect well on the network.
Love and miss Doug Davidson as Paul. He is the chief of police and Rey and Kevin need some guidance, for sure ! There was at least some dramatic action when nefarious doings were going on ...not just an eyebrow raise by Rey.
Bring Doug Davidson back!!! Why r u getting rid of all the people we have grown up with? Bring him back as a regular! Yes we like Rey but there is room for both of them. Again bring Doug back permanently!!!!
Leave Doug Davidson alone. He is a part of the heart of The Young & the Restless. Paul Williams is a character that should be in storylines each and every week. As the police chief and as a member of the Genaoi City community he touches every other character in some way. Save Doug Davdison.

I’ve been watching the Y&R from the first episode when I was a teenager. Paul is a character we love and should return to the show. Doug has given his life to this show and deserves to have his job back. The show NEEDS him.
