The Café just needs fresh ideas and good management including better opening times & events to attract more business. :-)

A great place. I have worked with people with additional needs for over thirty years. There are so few places adults can gain essential work experience please do not deprive people of something which brings them so much pride. Most people know how it feels to have pride in their work it would be awful if it closed.

We always call in here with our daughter for a wee stop and a hot chocolate or a cold drink in summer. We love the friendly staff, including those on 'work experience' Please don't close it down... It will be hugely missed

I love to pop in here with my partner and our dogs it will leave a big hole if it's closed. It's really important for the community for those of different abilities to get together x

Hi, I'm a regular dog walker at Shipley park, but never knew there was a tearoom lodge!? But now I know I will definitely be using this much needed retreat from the cold weather! And fully support this petition to keep it running. Thanks for sharing x

I must urge DCC to keep this much loved Tearoom open. Aside from the excellent value it is one of the very few disabled accessible facilities in the area. The Tearooms are a focal point for many local people and have been for a number or years.
To let it go would simply show us all just how DCC doesn't care about it's residents, visitors or the Disabled.
