Derby Lodge should be kept as is because we have always had great service and great food and beverages from there and also the fact that dogs are welcome.

The café has recently been refurbished with the help of the public and hard working staff. It would be such a shame to see this lovely and welcoming café be closed when it has so much potential in the near and far future. I think the decision to therefore proceed with the closure needs much, much more thought and consideration.

As a park resident, I am surprised that Derbyshire County Council are considering closing the coffee shop at the end of the lease . Not only is it frequented by dog walkers, it gives a sense of purpose to people with learning difficulties, encouraging them to engage with the community. Without the coffee shop, many of the people with learning difficulties will find it difficult to secure alternative employment.

The tea rooms are lovely.All the staff are great and the cake’s amazing.
The tearooms should stay open as it helps a lot of people in the community that otherwise wouldn’t be able to find work

This is a lovely place to go for a drink mid walk and the being able to sit in the lovely garden amongst the woods is lovely in the summer.
