I am opposed to a development of this height as it will simply have too much impact on Deep Cove. This is a small area that is particularly sensitive to development. Increasing density too much will tip the balance to change the atmosphere of the Cove, and negate the core reason people want to live here. All the reasons listed by others, and many more that were submitted 6 years ago, are still valid.

Strongly opposed to this variance. This development has already affected my daughters wonderful and well establish pre-school, which now has to move out of the DC community altogether. Sad, very sad that the District is considering this.

More would have too much impact, and set a dangerous precedent.

Living right behind the Raven where proposed second row of buildings will be. Greatly concerned about my natural light being blocked due to proposed increase in height restrictions. Am an avid gardener and sunlight is essential.

This development is going to dwarf everything around it, 3 stories is far too tall . A two story development would be much more in keeping with the character of our community

This is the wrong project in the wrong place. Allowing this variance so that the developer can increase his profits should not be considered. Traffic loads are already unbearable & this would only add to it. Central Motors serves a great many people in this area in a very convenient location that cannot be replaced nearby.
