I encourage the Town of Danvers, MA to strongly consider the Raesley’s petition. There is no justice to support otherwise.

I lived three houses down from the goats; they were never an issue. My daughter enjoyed looking for them on her way to/from school (they made less noise than the neighborhood dogs!)

Good luck, I don't understand why one person can have such control over others lives. Goats are harmless, beautiful, fun filled animals.

Well loved and cared for . No one has complained about them and there is no reason for them to be removed.
The animals are healthy and as such, they should be left to their family in peace. Why all of a sudden is this an issue ?

*****Section 4 of the bylaw said, in part: "Such farming activities may include, but are not limited to, activities that may cause noise, dust or odors. Purchasing, and henceforth occupying land within Danvers means that one should expect and accept such conditions as a norm and necessary aspect of living in Danvers." *****
Danvers is a right to farm community.
Dean and DeLuca have been around almost a decade with NO ISSUES
They are well cared for and loved by their owners
They are loved my their community
If anyone had an issue with Dean and DeLuca, they should have complained the first year. It is cruel and unfair to remove these animals from this family, their owners, after almost a decade of living in harmony with the community.

I've known Tim & Brit for about 17 years. I was there when Brit was given the goats as a present for her 40th birthday. I can attest that this was not an impulse buy. Over the past 6 years, D&D have been fortunate to have The Rasesly Family care for them. Please keep D&D with their family.
