Save Daysha Brantley, Jody Smith and Amber Sharp Employment

Please don’t take this clinic from our community!

This clinic needs to stay open for our community, Daysha is my primary Dr. I personally have lots of health problems, Daysha was able to take me in when i was no longer able to make the trips to Birmingham to my Dr. she treats me & my family and she is wonderful, Jody,Amber& Christy also go beyond to help us ,we need them here.

Collinwood really needs this service!!

They are a team that truly cares for the well being of their patients and they go above and beyond to do just that

All these women are an asset to our community. No one wants to find another Dr. when they already have one and this can be reversed.

Why change a good thing?? These ladies care more about their patients than most families do. We feel so comfortable going here and I absolutely refuse to go back if they are replaced!

They are the best people you could know to help take care of you around here

It took me years to find the right Family Practice for my health care needs. Everyone there are so great to work with . They truly care for their patients. Please DO NOT Close my Dr. Office.

Daysha is a very caring Dr and she knows my needs what is going on with me she knows me and she cares very much if something new comes up she gets on top of it ..I trust her to do the right thing ..And I dont what know one else to be my Dr

We need these Dr. and Nurses, People depend on them. As you can see it's more than employment too this faculty Its the care and concern too their Patients. Amber Sharp Lpn and her co-workers jobs should be saved..

Daysha and her team are amazing! It is so hard to find a great medical team. It would be a HUGE mistake to let them go. I stand behind them.

Best doctor for the city. They know patients first hand and already know what they need most the time.

Christy Skelton Butler needs added to this as well. She has more years there than anyone!
