Save Daysha Brantley, Jody Smith and Amber Sharp Employment

Daysha and the team there are my primary care providers. I need them to say where they are.

These women are awesome and don’t deserve to lose their job.

Our community needs Daysha and her employees. She cares about each and every patient. And it shows. I've known her for years and worked along side her and I would recommend her over several physicians in this area. She is what this community needs.

I've know theese wonderful ladies for years . This is a grave mistake on MRG .PLEASE consider the effects of your actions . Consider all the PEOPLE who will suffer because of theese actions .

They are amazing we depend on them

they deserve a job, they truly care about their patients, and that seems hard to find these days! They have always taken great care of my grandpa, and without them, I don’t think he would get the care he needs or people so passionate about their jobs! This is the wrong decision, & I hope it is finally seen!

Please dont let Dashia Brantley and her team slip away, they take care of their patients very well and respectful, I trust them very much with my health, Please dont let them go because we need and love them . PLEASE KEEP THEM

These lady's are the most caring people I've ever had the privilege to work with. They honestly care about the patients. It's a shame that in these times of our greatest needs someone will take advantage of such sweet and professional people.

They are such amazing people, the small town will be losing more than just a doctors office if you shut it down

Daysha is the only one who understands my lyme disease because she has it too. Other health care providers brush it off but she understands what it is like to have the disease. She goes above and beyond for all of her patients. Amber and Jody are also amazing.

My family loves each of them. They treat us as if we are part of their own family .All of them go above and beyond to see all our health needs are met. Please keep them and never let them go.They are a asset to Collinwood and Wayne County community.

Praying for y'all, You all have been there for us through the years,we've come to trust and rely on each one of you to help get us,and keep us healthy. We love these ladies,they are not just our nurses and nurse practitioner they are our friends.

These three ladies go above and beyond for every one of their patients and how they have been done is beyond sorry and disgraceful and hurting our entore community!!!

They need to keep their jobs, they’re very hard working and do nothing but care for our community!

I have never been to a clinic where the nurses and nurse practitioner was as caring as those girls. They are like a family caring and considerate of other people's health. I have been going to Daysha since has been at Collinwood. She has took care of me better than anyone else that has been in the Collinwood clinic. Keep those girls in Collinwood PLEASE.

We need these doctors and nurses in our small town cause they are people that really care about the people of our small town

Keep our friends of the Collinwood clinc open.
