I have known Dasha all my life, she is a caring people person, she deserves better than this. She cares about these people and their families.

Daysha is an excellent nurse practitioner, always professional and caring. My family and I trust her completely to care for our medical concerns .

Daysha Brantley has been my HCP since she started at Collinwood Clinic. Since I am an RN myself, I feel qualified to elaborate on the services that are provided by Daysha and her efficient staff. They are all professional, caring, capable, and medically oriented people. There focus is to address your medical needs and provide appropriate treatment in a timely manner. They are quick to make referrals if treatment is needed beyond the scope of care that can be provided in a clinic setting. I am very sad that alleviating their services is even being considered during a time when proficient health care is so urgently needed in this community. I am requesting that they remain in their present positions. MHG will be making a grave mistake if they do otherwise.

That's what they do.

These people need them!!! And they need their jobs!!!

This is a time to reward and appreciate our health care workers who risk their lives everyday. This is ridiculous.

If Daysha and her team is let go and her office closed me and my family will be sure to seek a new physician that is no where near affiliated with Maury regional hospital.

Daysha loves me and takes good care of me.

Please keep our trusted provider. She loves us and we love her.

Daysha is a great NP.She is not about the money.She is all about her patients.She is one of the few Np who listens to her her patients and go beyond to help them.Please keep her job going

We need these ladies in out Collinwood clinic.

Closing this clinic is creating an unnecessary hardship for the people of Collinwood and southern Wayne Co. Bill Walters(former CEO Maury Regional) would not have done this.

These ladies deserve a lot more than y'all can see. Please leave them here and let them do the job they were born to do!
